Berryhill, Remington and Sapulpa Schools Hearing Screening
Early hearing screening of children helps to identify problems that cause learning difficulties in school and home. The Townwest Sertoma Club teams up with graduate students from the University of Tulsa to screen 8th grade students at Berryhill School and younger students at Remington Elementary School. Parents of students who may have problems with their hearing are notified of the screening report and encouraged to get additional tests for the child.
2012 will be the first year for the club's involvement with the screening at Sapulpa elementary schools.
